Dr Dhaenens Jeroen<\/span><\/h1><\/div>

Dr Jeroen Dhaenens received his degree in medicine from K.U. Leuven in 2011. From 2011 to 2017, he trained in general surgery, gaining experience at Imeldaziekenhuis (Bonheiden), AZ Sint-Blasius (Dendermonde) and UZ Leuven, Gasthuisberg. During this period, he obtained his accreditation in general surgery.<\/p><\/span>

He then specialised further in vascular surgery, with additional training at AZ Sint-Blasius (Dendermonde) and OLV Hospital (Aalst). In March 2019, he obtained the certificate of special competence in vascular surgery.<\/p><\/span>

Since September 2019, Dr Dhaenens has been working as a vascular surgeon at AZ Monica in Deurne. He applies both classical and minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of arterial and venous diseases, with a particular interest in endovascular techniques.<\/p><\/span>
