Cycling test
A cycling test, also known as exercise test or cardiac cycling test, is a medical examination method used to assess heart function during physical exertion. During the test, the patient is placed on an exercise bike and has to pedal while the resistance is gradually increased. This way, it is possible to assess how the heart reacts when it has to work extra hard.
What exactly does that mean?
